Human Routes was originally formed in 1999 to bring to the marketplace a small, boutique human resource consulting service that is customer-focused, customized, cost-effective and professional.

We believe that true HR expertise means working with clients to guide them in determining the right human "routes" to achieve goals. We know that lack of consideration with regard to the human element in all workplaces is simply a recipe for failure ... the outcome ... an expensive and damaging blow to your organization.

Time and time again, it has been shown that organizations need to carefully balance and navigate a variety of people issues to be successful.
